Abstract

As alternative approach of the heat load modulation in air conditioning systems there is a concept of incomplete refrigerant evaporation with overfilling air coils that leads to excluding a dry-out of inner surface of air coils and is realized through liquid refrigerant recirculation by injector (jet pump) is developed.
A realization of proposed concept allows also to solve the problem of uneven refrigerant distribution in inlet manifolds (heads) for microchannel heat exchangers or between refrigerant coils (tubes, microchannel plates) and of uneven outside air heat loads on refrigerant coils by over filling all the channels through liquid refrigerant jet recirculation that provides excluding the final stage of refrigerant evaporation with low intensity of heat transfer.
